Gaming Enthusiasts Can Once Again Compete to Create a Game in Just 24 Hours
Belgrade, Serbia – Nordeus, publisher of Top Eleven – Be a Football Manager, the most popular social sports game in the world is organizing the fourth installment of its annual Nordeus Hackathon game jam on December 13, 2014 and is inviting all interested developers and designers to signup and participate. Game development enthusiasts will have a chance to develop a video game at Nordeus’ office in Belgrade in just 24 hours and win big prizes, including video game consoles, mobile phones and tablets, gaming equipment and other hardware.
12 teams will compete to make the best game based on a certain theme (revealed on the day of the competition) in less than one day, with winners of various categories receiving prizes for their work – creativity, ideas, development, final product etc. All contestants will have their own space and equipment, as well as food, drinks and travel expenses covered, to make sure they can focus all their time and energy on creating games.

Categories that will be rewarded include 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, multimedia presentation, technical complexity and gameplay. Those who can’t make it to the Nordeus Hackathon won’t be left out; the official website (www.nordeushackathon.com) will have minute updates, a livestream and even the completed games available for download once the event is over. Gamers will be able to vote for their favorite games and the team with the most votes will win a special prize!
