Compact placement of weights makes the vest also suitable for high intensity conditioning workouts, such as burpees, sprints and so on. Two adjustable straps guarantee a tight fit even when used for running.

The straps are removable and adjustable and make the vest fit most body types.

The weight is adjustable from 1-20 kg with simple to load 20 x 1 kg weights which can be arranged as wished. The vest has space for 10 kg on both the back and front side.

Includes 20 x one kg removable weights.
