The front features "Type O Negative" printed iin Russian and the band members pictured on a flag, in the style of the Russian Premiers (Lenin, Stalin, etc.), in gold & black print. "U$$A" is printed below with 4× "Hammergear & Sickle" logos beneath. "Type O Negative" is printed in both Russian & English on the back above a large variation of the classic Type O Negative "Hammergear" logo (the "Hammergear & Sickle") in black w/ metallic gold trim print.
