It can be used both for step programs and weight training, sporting attachable leg extenders and the gas chamber allows you total control of the bench incline or decline. The backboard of the bench has 4 ridges to place resistance bands for the ultimate at home resistance training. The attachable leg extenders are easily tucked underneath the bench when not in use to create a clutter free space for your workouts. Pump SetOur 45kg pump set has been created with the home user and small studio owner in mind. The pump set includes 4 sets of easily attachable weights and a 6kg 130cm high quality steel bar. The bar has standard grip texture to minimise use of chalk and straps and the weights have been designed to be used free hand or on the bar.
