No leg-day is complete without leg press and Alpha Athletic has you covered with the plate-loaded leg press here. Alongside traditional cardio training options, you’ll also find ski-ergs here which help burn calories as well as providing a full-body workout. The different weighted kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags and exercise balls are great for any functional training exercises, guaranteeing a well-rounded gym session.
