Dr. Elizabeth Matteson Jones, a northern Virginia native, is thrilled to practice orthodontics in her hometown. Her lifelong passion for orthodontics sparked during her own confidence-boosting journey as a young woman getting braces and an implant for a missing tooth. During high school, Dr. Jones worked alongside her orthodontist learning to change wires and colors. She knew then orthodontics was the career for her! At the College of William & Mary, Dr. Jones majored in biology and minored in art and art history. Dr. Jones was the head mentor for pre-dental students and a member of Orchesis Modern Dance Company and Kappa Kappa Gamma. She spent an entire year sculpting and casting teeth in preparation for dental school.
