Breast reduction (reduction mammaplasty) is a procedure to remove excess breast fat, glandular tissue and skin to achieve a breast size in proportion with your body and to relieve discomfort associated with overly large breasts. There are many different breast reduction techniques. This amputation and free nipple graft breast reduction technique is reserved for larger breasts where other techniques are unsafe. This technique lifts the nipple to a more normal position, creates a more youthful shape to the breast. This Harrisburg area patient initially came in with size 42N breasts.
