Made from PVC, 50% of which is reclaimed.Dimensions: 185 cm long, 60 cm wide and 4.2 mm thickness. Care Instructions: Wipe regularly with warm soapy water. You can machine wash on a cool, no spin cycle if it is particularly grubby. Too much machine washing may affect the lifespan of your mat.
