El CORE-OM (Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation-Outcome Measure) es un instrumento psicológico diseñado especialmente para la evaluación del progreso terapéutico de pacientes con problemas y/o patologías diversas. Por su brevedad, versatilidad y por ser de acceso gratuito pretende llegar a ser utilizado de forma generalizada en servicios psicológicos y consultas privadas de psicoterapia para evaluar el cambio terapéutico de pacientes muy diversos.
