13 reviews for Senior Helpers, 1.4 stars: 'Had to click a star. ZERO STARS! We had scheduled round the clock care. One person showed up the first day, the person who took over was shown around by the first caregiver then went to her car "to get something" then never came back. (Possibly casing the house?) The next shift did not come at all and when we called they made up an excuse and guess what, still no coverage. Do not use them! Unreliable and no communication.'
