DIGITAL ITEM (print-only PDF file): This is a 2in1 printable EVA foam template for 2 different full head tactical helmets - basic and advance version. Great looking helmets that can be used as a starting base in your next cosplay project. Previous experience with foam crafting recommended - quite a few edges need to be cut at a specific angle and quite tricky assembly process. PDF CONTENT: US Letter, 1:1 scale templates with all parts and assembly order instruction, symbols explanatory sheet and head size scaling table. All elements are labelled, marked and a basic visual reference guide is provided as well as foam thickness suggestion & edge cutting angle is provided. Sorry, unfortunately no step-by-step assembly video at the moment. HELP BOOK This is a short book with the basic information about foam crafting to help you with the process and explain a bit better all the steps and techniques. Book is still in writing and more pages/subjects to be added in the future. HEAD SIZE: All my helmet patterns are scale to fit 57-59cm (22-23in) head circumference at 100% printing scale. In case you need a smaller/bigger one - there is an additional PDF file provided with a scaling chart and info to help you make the necessary adjustment to the printing scale. FOAM SUGGESTIONS: Version A: 8mm EVA foam: (65x50cm minimum*) 6mm EVA foam: (15x10cm minimum*) Version B: 8mm EVA foam: (90x40cm minimum*) 6mm EVA foam: (15x10cm minimum*) *Foam quantities above are the absolute minimum assuming optimal patterns layout to reduce waste. I would highly recommend getting more - just in case you need to re-cut parts along the process. Foam thickness is just my recommendation. IMPORTANT: Images for reference purposes ONLY! Please be aware that experience with EVA foam prop making is a must as alterations might be required. This is a DIY project - all I supply is a print-only PDF template file.
