<p>Linda Patricia Koll-Poppe, our beloved mother, age 84, was called home to her heavenly Father surrounded by her loving family on Monday, May 8th, 2023. Linda passed away peacefully after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease.</p><p><br></p><p>Linda was born on April 29th, 1939, to Eugene K. and Bernice (E.) Rosenbaum Horn in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She attended and graduated from Goodrich High School in 1957. Linda married her high school sweetheart Michael J. Koll in 1958. Together they lived in Fond du Lac and raised their four children, Michael S. (Jean) Koll, Timothy J. (Annie) Koll, Paula J. (Todd) Fox, and Patrick A. (Michele) Koll.</p><p><br></p><p>Linda was employed at Radiology Fond du Lac in the business office. Linda enjoyed traveling, trap shooting, and especially time spent with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her many friends. Following the death of her first husband, Linda eventually re-married to Lawrence H. Poppe, a mutual friend of both Mike and Linda. Linda and Larry also enjoyed friends, trap shooting, and raising their black lab Kikki together.</p><p><br></p><p>Linda’s survivors include her brother Steven (Leslie) Horn, her special friend Gary Struck, her four children, nieces and nephews Matthew Horn, Zachary Horn and Amanda Horn, grandchildren Michael Koll Jr., Klayton (Katie) Koll, Alexandra (Calvin) Winters, Lauren (Jason) Lyne, Timothy (Isabelle) Koll Jr., Christine (Cory) Rottman, Jason (Natalie) Kirsch, Branden Koll, Joshua Koll, Kaitlyn Koll, and great grandchildren Alexus, Camry, Carson, Adein, Kasen, Kamden, Kaleb, and Kendall Koll, Lennon, Saylor, Rowan Lyne, Cole, Callie, and Caden Rottman, and Oliver Kirsch.</p><p><br></p><p>Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Christine Rock, and husbands Michael J. Koll and Lawrence H. Poppe.</p><p><br></p><p>The family would like to thank all our dear family and friends for all their loving support and prayers during this difficult time.</p><p>We also would like to express our thankfulness to the wonderful doctors, nurses, and staff at St. Agnes Hospital.</p><p><br></p><p>Zacherl Funeral Home of Fond du Lac will be serving the needs of the family at this time. We will be gathering to share favorite stories and memories of our dear mother and friend in a celebration of her life at&nbsp;Ledgeview Mausoleum in Fond du Lac on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 11:30 A.M.</p>
