The middle layer absorbs the liquid, while ensuring minimum push back of liquid. This layer is slim at less than 3mm thickness. A third layer is waterproof but breathable, ensuring the style is leakproof. Material Super soft, high quality *BCI Cotton Lycra, locally manufactured with maximum stretch for comfort. Absorbency Medium style will absorb the same as 2-3 tampons or pads. Heavy style will absorb the same as 3-4 tampons or pads.
