I honestly didn't expect them to respond as quickly as they did, especially through winter, which would be their busiest time of year. I received my pants within a week, and they helped me with sizing. The only reason why my pants may have felt a little big was because that is how they are meant to fit. I have never had snow pants that fit me like they are supposed to. I snowboard, I have snowboarded around the world and these pants were perfect, they fit over my boots nicely, they didn't drag along the ground, and for once, I felt like I wasn't wearing any pants! that is how comfortable they are! If you are on the fence, honestly just contact them and they will help you out. For their customer service alone, I would just shop with them whenever I need something.
