Fit is true to size- arms are a touch roomy! We wore our regular size! These have more of a give than a stretch so neither of us preferred sizing down.

Michele is a size 20 in her usual 2x, Krista is a 22 in her usual 3x. True to size is simply perfect. This top has low to moderate stretch so if you prefer an oversized fit its also ok to size up!
