Provide a highly reliable, leak proof and torque free seal on all tubing connections. These double ferrule tube fittings have been designed specifically for the many demanding applications such as chemical, petroleum, power generating, pulp, paper and various types of manufacturing industries. Connection: Tube union for connecting fractional tube -this is a reducing union with one end larger then the other to create a reducing connection. Maximum Operating Pressure: 11,000 psi (757 bar) @ 100°F (38°C) Operating Temperature Range: 325°F (-198°C) to 1200°F (648°C) Size: OD 1/16 - 2 inch, OD 2mm - 38mm Ferrule: Double Ferrule Pipe End Pressure Ratings: Many tube fittings have a male or female pipe end. These ends sometimes have a lower pressure rating than the pressure rating of the tube fitting end. The ratings shown above are based on ASME B31.3-1999. Female pipe ends have lower ratings than male pipe end in a given size due to the inner and outer diameters of the female threads being larger than those of the male pipe ends.
