During my first yoga teacher training, I missed ready-made sequences to be inspired by. To understand how sequencing could be built. But also as a basis for my own practice. I wanted an overview, not in words, but in pictures. Drawn pictures. So I started drawing the pictures myself. (On an Ipad, not on paper. Easier that way.) The pictures turned out well. Beautiful.
