Here we value mental and physical stability over flexability and strength.\u000A\u000AThere is always pose variations and props to assist anyone with physical limitations, as well as classes that just focus on breath or meditation.\u000A\u000AAnyone can do Yoga, and everyone will benefit from Yoga.
