Gen Z and Y on D&I: Black Women's History Month
It's Women's History Month in the U.S. As we celebrate, it's important that we remember which groups are often missing when the history is told (e.g., Black women) and which are so often the center of focus, even though “it's 2021!” (e.g., white women). Here, I provide some actions for white women to support Black women today.
