This beautifully designed slate Memorial Plaque on a metal stem is a fitting tribute to remember your loved ones. As this plaque is engraved with a permanent mark it is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Ideal to be placed in a flower bed or a memorial garden. Each plaque is custom made, designed and personalised to your requirements. Images can be added however there may be an additional artwork fee for this should it be an image that we do not have. Each piece of slate comes with a steel stem which is powder coated in a black finish. Each steel stem measures 25mm wide by 6mm depth. The height will vary depending on the size of plaque ordered however all will have a stem length of 50cm from the end to the bottom of the engraved plaque. The metal stake is a lot more suitable for external use than traditional wood stakes as it will not warp or rot. Please note that we would recommend that the stakes are sunk into the ground by at least 20cm Each piece of slate is hand cut so no two pieces will be the same and we can create a size appropriate for you. Please select your preferred font option for engraving from image 4 and add your 'personalisation details for the plaque in the 'Personalisation' box not forgetting to include if you would like us to send a proof across of how your plaque will look before we commence engraving. Approximate Dimensions of each plaques engraving area: Small - 185 x 110 mm Medium - 250 x 140 mm Large - 250 W x 180 mm H Extra Large - 250 W x 260 mm H The stem is 50cm in length and has a angled top for easy viewing from multiple angles in addition to the stem length The stem and plaque will need to be assembled by the recipient. Fixings will be included. Our overseas delivery costs are based on a extra large plaque. For smaller plaques we may be able to offer a discounted rate. Please ask. ****PLEASE NOTE**** As slate is a natural product the colour and shape may vary slightly between pieces. Each piece of slate may also have ridges and indents and contain Pyrite or 'Fools Gold' as it is commonly known. Pyrite may give the slate a gold appearance in places. These natural occurrences are not a defect in the product and may affect how the slate engraves. The engraved mark left after the engraving process may differ between pieces.
