Bealls, Inc. announced that the community of Marble Falls is the site of the first Burkes Outlet store to be renamed Bealls Outlet as part of a recent corporate initiative that will transition hundreds of Burkes Outlets to Bealls Outlets. The former Burkes Outlet has been relocated to 1400 FM 1431 and is now a Bealls Outlet - Home Centric. There are no planned changes to staffing at the Marble Falls location. Although the new Bealls Outlet – Home Centric is located in a space formerly occupied by a store named Bealls, it is not associated with the Bealls stores in Texas that were owned by Stage Stores. When Stage Stores ceased operations in October 2020, Florida-based Bealls, Inc. acquired the rights to use the Bealls name nationally. Bealls, Inc. will be changing the Burkes Outlet name at all 85 stores in Texas to Bealls Outlet to support its continued growth nationally.
