Due to the incredible elasticity, our mesh briefs keep OB maternity pads securely in place. For use post birth: We recommend getting a variety of sizes. Average build may prefer size XL for the first few days, followed by Large. While they are stretchy, every woman is shaped differently so the guide below is just manufacturer description and not specific to pregnant women. Guide is not relevant for our TENA 2XL which is a deferent brand.
