Meet the new full members of BEST Skopje!

One of the most important things that one organization should head towards is being on the right path to its further growth and development. In BEST Skopje, the full members are the driving force of the organization – ready, motivated and eager for new and better changes.

On 10th of October in the yard of SUGS Nikola Karev, another Local General Assembly was held, where our organization gained 5 new enthusiastic and motivated full members.

In order to find out about their motivation and experience in the organization, we decided to ask them 3 questions, and with that – meet the new generation of full members in BEST Skopje!

Jane Josifovski

  1. What was your motivation for becoming a full member?

– I became a full member in order to give my share in something so much larger, named BEST. The share isn’t just to improve the opportunities of our students, rather an opportunity for decent acquaintanceships and friendships with gifted students, as well as gaining new experience and knowledge.

  1. Describe BEST in 3 words!

– Indescribable, opportunity, independent.

  1. What is your favourite BEST memory?

– For now, my favourite BEST memory is the excellent opportunity to work on EBEC 2019 with an excellent core team, and with the support from an excellent board.

Ana Noevska

  1. What was your motivation for becoming a full member?

– When I first came in BEST, everyone welcomed me warmly and I became close with everyone in a small amount of time, that on its own is something unforgettable. My motivation to become a full member is to be a tiny part of this experience for another member. By becoming a full member, except being here for the members, I can be here for BEST as whole.

  1. Describe BEST in 3 words!

– BEST can’t be described in 3 words only, but one could say that it’s a big warm family

  1. What is your favourite BEST memory?

– One of my favourite BEST memories is going to lake Kozjak with my core team PUNdemia. There, as much as it was interesting and nice, it became catastrophic at the same time, which was an experience that I will never forget.

Emilija Trajkoska

  1. What was your motivation for becoming a full member?

  1. Describe BEST in 3 words!

– Challenging, fun, supportive.

  1. What is your favourite BEST memory?

– There’s a lot, but if I had to pick one, it would be the time when we recorded the video for BEST Skopje’s 18th birthday, when we recreated some of the events that have happened in this organisation along the years.

Petar Taneski

  1. What was your motivation for becoming a full member?

– First as an observer, then as a baby member, in this past year in BEST I’ve gained a lot of wonderful experiences and precious memories. Apart from the fun and friends, through the events and training sessions in which I was a part of I gained some new skills too. For all of this to be possible, there is a group of people that is trying to make every member feel at home.

I became a full member so I could help the new members have the same amazing experience I did, and to give back to BEST for everything that it has provided to me.

  1. Describe BEST in 3 words!

– Family, progress, craziness.

  1. What is your favourite BEST memory?

– Sitting around the fireplace at 4 a.m, half asleep with my friends at the motivational weekend at Shapka.
